About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative IT Specialist to spearhead our organization’s technology operations and digital initiatives. This is a multifaceted role requiring expertise in web development, app development, SEO, data analytics, and IT infrastructure management. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team, execute strategic IT projects, and ensure seamless IT operations. Flexibility and the ability to take on direct tasks assigned by the CEO are integral to this position.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Data Analytics, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, web development, app development, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing and executing cross-functional IT projects.

Technical Proficiency:

• Programming: JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL, C++, etc.
• Tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Frameworks: React, Angular, Django, Laravel, Flutter.
• SEO: Expertise in Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Yoast SEO.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
